My throat hurts, coughing up blood, and got white chit in the back of my throat(pics)

This chit sucks. Had a fever, chills etc, then my throat became increasingly sore since yesterday. Last night I looked in the back of my throat there were white spots. Doctor did a COVID test, flu test, and strep test all came back negative. It has to be strep though, what are the chances of the test being wrong? Doctor also told me I could have Mono and did a swab test and will get the results in 3 days. Got some antibiotics prescribed to me, hopefully it clears it out so I can eat.

Other than sore throat and blood in my mucus, just typical COVID/flu symptoms fever,chills, congestion, etc. You could be right though, it could be tonsillitis. My son was really sick for over a week, I'm just assuming I got it from him.

So throat culture test came in. Apparently I have strep group C which is a rare version of strep. This is the worst throat pain I ever had. Doc said the antibiotics they gave me should clear it up, let's hope so.
