Do younger generations seem to be a lot taller only because of 'chunky' footwear?

From my observations, pretty sure some of these trainers / shoes are giving approx 3 inches extra height?

Most GEN Z males are 6’3 MINIMUM without shoes

Most GEN Z girls are 5’10 to 6’1 without shoes

Kinda odd cause their millennial counterparts are legit 2-3 inches shorter on average for males and solid 6-7 inches shorter for girls.

It must be something in the water tbh
