Worth upgrading to 15" Macbook air?

I use a 2016 macbook pro 16" and had the battery+keyboard replaced by apple earlier this year. Apart from it being 7 years old and the screen having one dying pixel there isnt anything wrong at this time. Nowdays all I do is watch videos, internet stuff, and emails. I would like a newer screen, magsafe charger, and better battery life (still only get like 6 hours.) I think there is $500 resale value in this macbook I use sooooo maybe worth it? Idk need opinions. Thanks!
