Trump is going to prison with a 95% certainty and I don't say that lightly

The real question is if Biden will pardon him

They are just going to keep cooking up crimes and investigations until they can find some process crime or some corrupt judge/jury to convict Trump. At this point they would jail him for a speeding ticket.

Somehow, liberals are looking at this and think its not only good for the country its a great outcome. That we have gone through this numerous times already is irrelevant to them, it just seems to make them more rabid. These are the same people who will wonder why conservatives no longer have much trust in the institutions anymore. It should be no surprise, these are the people who are waking up in Clownworld today but were insisting that conservatives were retarded for thinking the slippery slope was real. Yet here we are again, setting precedents that gut this country.

The USA really is done. Half of the people in it dont actually care about justice, we are at the stage now where its purely about them exerting power and political will over others regardless of the law or ethics. We are ruled by a highly corrupt, rotten elite and they have an army of very stupid and mentally ill people supporting them.

if what is alleged is true it's hard to give trump a pass on this, why acted so stupidly when you know you have a mob looking for any excuse to prosecute you

at best you can say "hillary did it too and didn't get charged" well he's still a POS for blatantly dicking around with classified documents just like Hillary. If he's on tape saying "heres top secret war plans, I could of declassified but I didnt, take a look" showing a random reporter and that actually exists, I'm not sure how you can defend him but say "but but but hillary"

I agree with all of this, the only thing I’d add is Trump helping set the precedents. He was the first to enact gun control by executive order and first to run on imprisoning the opposition “lock her up”. Bump stocks are irrelevant and lock her up was pretty funny but it’s the precedent and a small step. Now democrats will take the next step. The left-right march to tyranny.

We need to PROTECT TRUMP at all costs. What they are doing to him is the 2023 version of JFK. Instead of wacking the guy, they put the guy in prison 4 life.

No one is saying Trump should be given a pass. No one should be given a pass, and thats half the point.

What most conservatives are fed up with is that the law is not being enforced equally across the political elite and its being used as a weapon to target political enemies or craft narratives instead. To make matters worse, on numerous occasions now there has been multiple attempts to fabricate evidence or drum up process crimes using a very heavy handed approach that is targeted at Trump specifically. Yet when it comes to the Bidens or Clintons, the whole establishment seems to be fighting tooth and nail to bury any criminal investigation that is warranted. Epsteins list? Faucis links to Wuhan and gain of function research? Nothing. Crickets.

These are the most high profile people, but the institutions are rotten the core. If they were going after everyone as hard as they go after Trump, conservatives would be right behind it. We see the same with regular citizens. A navy seal steps in to stop a mentally ill criminal with over 40 previous charges from harming his fellow citizens, and he is crucified for it. Yet no one asks why a guy with 44 charges is on the streets in the first place.

The law is not being applied equally, its being applied preferentially along political lines. This is what everyone has an issue with it, and its crystalized in Trump

No he's not, and it's a Catch 22. If he's found guilty, and they don't send a former President to jail, it says "no consequences". Best they can hope for is a hung jury.
