Abby Zwerner, 26, said she received an email last month saying Newport News Public Schools was canning her contract from June 12.

Her lawyers claimed it was because she is suing NNPS and some of its administrators for $40million.

So she gets $40 million and doesnt have to wake up to a bunch of future astronauts attempting to kill her. Sounds like a win win.

One of the few times I hope the teacher wins the lawsuit. To hell with this retarded school ignoring her because "it's their culture" or some other dinger behavior justifications.

When you sue an organization, you become a liability to that organization by definition.


If you sue your work, and think you can keep your job, the resulting disappointment is on you for being a potato and not understanding that.

It is a blatant conflict of interest.


I assume the teacher is going to own the school after this.
