I'm solvent at a base pay of about $63K per year living in a small town in Texas. Not a whole lot of savings, though.

I have a deal with my employer so he pays me exclusively with reputation points for bb.com forums.
USD exchange rate is pretty disappointing rn.

6 months or so emergency fund in checking
Over $32k in non-retirement investments
Something like $55k in ROTH accounts (fully vested)
Car fully paid off, had an offer last year from dealership for $20k, which was a little more than what I paid for it
Zero debts
At a minimum my take home after taxes and 401k is $7400, but can be more if there's any of: bonuses, overtime, odd month where there's 3 paychecks in a single month.
CoL is probably around $2.7k-$3k/mo, however I eat out more than I should, am generous with tipping, am generous with holidays, and spend too much on vapes and alcohol. Usually easy to "save" (invest) $3k/mo, but should be able to do up to like $4k/mo if I live frugally.
Not bad for 28 years old IMO. Wanna buy my first house next year but really want to have $80k minimum, $100k preferred, in hand. Will see if that's possible, kinda depends on investments not going to chit like they did in 2021.

Financial situation: I use money to buy things.
Income: money I receive for doing things.

Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!
The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.
