mindblown google says it's only like 80grams of protein LOL. Either protein is overrated or humans have such a chit design needing like 200+ grams of protein just to build muscles. 400grams is a lot of meat to eat everyday if you think about it

Sprinkle in some croc tail for amino acids and gut health. A dose of thylacine backstrap is great for strength, but hard to source, talk to the chinese. Also no point in lifting if you arent consuming at least 100g of cuttlefish. Things are harder for you southern hemisphere brahs, you know, gravity and ice walls and such.
