brb hit macros and overall calories, even more than I should, eating enough protein, nice quality nutrient-dense meals, but still always just this perpetual hunger that lingers around like a particularly haram fart on the air. It's like my system is a troll trying to get me to become a fat kunt again, beckoning me back to the land of the gluttons. It's a constant battle against hunger to not over-eat. My wife will have 1 burger and be stuffed. If I didn't stop myself, I could eat 10 burgers no problem in one sitting. I feel satiated only when completely stuffed beyond belief. We went to an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant a while back and I ate 75 pieces of maki. I just stopped because I was bored and my jaw hurt from chewing and I wanted to go home lol.

Could be a number of things such as what you listed or ghrelin overproduction or insulin response
Fuk around and find out method is what I suggest, start changing one thing at a time and see if your hunger decreases
Intermittent fasting may do the trick

Although the benefits of quitting far outweigh any negative, this was the one downside to stop chewing. Anytime I was hungry, bored, and just because I could just put a wad in. It was my secret cutting weapon when I was wrestling

This happened to me when I switched over to a sedentary lifestyle. When I was in school and had to walk to class and had an active college job, I could eat a small snack for breakfast (like a banana + zero cal monster) and not eat until dinner. Now I'm not even 1/10th as active and need 3-4 big meals a day.

IF definitely helps bigly for me. For whatever reason I can go the first 6+ hours of the day without eating no problem. But once I break that fast it's game on.

Normally - no. Due to booze/drunken munchies, worrying about getting or maintaining "muh gainz"/ fear of being a "twink" I've never actually gotten shredded, but I've been trying to drop that shyt and have dropped quite a bit of weight recently as a result.
Typically I don't have that big of an appetite and can get by on not eating very much.

are you hungry - where you are willing to eat anything or getting cravings for types of foods?
when I am on point, I rarely get hungry cause I am usually force feeding myself. But sometimes I do get hungry - so I run it through my protein "test" - so if I am hungry for something salty I can eat a couple hardboiled eggs or a thing of tuna. If I want something sweet I can have a greek yogurt. If I don't want any of that, then I am not actually hungry, just craving

Hunger is insulin resistance, you’re hungry because of your metabolic syndrome, which will eventually turn into pre-diabetes If you wait long enough, 90% of people have this,
if you want your hunger to go away you will have to decrease your carbohydrate intake, and for a while you may have to decrease it to zero, There are other tricks and tips, but this one is the most important.
It’s also going to be important that you don’t just blindly replace those calories with lean proteins, since they also spike insulin, and thus will keep you hungry, or you also should not replace them with liquid protein shakes even if they include fat, because it’s the same story over and over - liquid is not as satiating so you’re just going to be hungry, your carb restriction should be replaced with fatty animal proteins and vegetables, such as salads, avocado, and so on.
You need to double your current water intake, take some electrolytes, obviously no snacking, intermittent fasting helps, supplementing with things like barberine and cinnamon and drinking organic Matcha green tea controls appetite nicely as well.

You're probably either very lean right now or you're somewhat glycogen depleted or a combo. Just eat your carbs and lift heavy (with good form). You shouldn't gain fat unless u eat carbs up to a point of being fuking bloated and sweating while doing nuffin. Eat your carbs to a point ur muscles look full/pumped without working out and go work out.

My desire to stuff my face never goes away. When I am eating food I usually am thinking about my next meal.
Always hungry. But like others have said, its once I eat the first meal that I just want more, more, more food. But i never skip breakfast.
I would love nothing more than to just sit down at the end of everyday and just shovel junk food into my mouth for hours, but I dont. I am very lean but been gaining weight recently since I started eating more during the day and upping the carbs. Now I actually can lay in bed at night and not have to snack.

Its torture. Appetite is around you all the time. I used to weigh 100lbs more, lost it when I was a late teen, and part of me things the increased fat cells and dysfunctional appetite regulation has followed me into adulthood to haunt me. I keep lean by restricting myself heavily (no carbs), min to moderate fat, insane amount of vegetables and fiber. Lots of water. But the moment I try to eat like a normal person (not having 3 hearts of romaine for dinner) I have an insatiable appetite to the point where I cant focus, sleep, etc.

^^ Thanks for all the comments, much appreciated. I think increasing fibers and proteins might be a good thing to try. I do eat a lot more carbs outside of cut cycles and that really messes with my hunger. It's not really torturous or anything, and I can resist it fine, it's mostly just interesting that it seems to be around all the time.
Also hunger for sex never goes away (srs). Can bust 4 nuts in one day, zero refractory period, and it's always been that way. There's probably some hypo-active impulse control system that's wired awry in my brain that causes me to need more of everything to feel a baseline level of satisfaction. I've always done things to the 'extreme.' Not impairing my life, mind you, and it's allowed me to achieve great things, but I'm ambitious and generally not satisfied until I really give that activity or goal my all.
