Worst it got was in 2013-2014 when I was deeep into an addiction, usually would fap at work, dating & living with a nympho of a gf who wanted it like 2x/day, then I decided to start some outer relationship sex with a few other girls.....in the bathroom at the gym, in the car on lunch break, wherever they could meet up when I went out to run errands or when I went out with the boys...... I was basically busting 3-4 nuts/day for like 8 months......and I attribute it all to watching pron and having sex on my mind 24/7.
Broke it off with the girl in 2014, left the city and moved to the country, installed blockers on my computer and phone and got my chit together.
