Ever get a call that forever changed your life?
What was the situation? Was it a good or bad call? Expected or unexpected? Birth of a child, loss of a family member, surprise job opening, etc..

i remember I was debating this dude about China in college; told him about China rising and how it will take over the world. We had a very passionate debate.
I was wageslaving at a 40K/yr job a decade later. I get an email from that same guy. He became the owner of a 100 mil staffing agency. He said, "It seems that you were right. China has risen. I need someone to look after the Chinese market for me."
He hired me on the spot as the director of global strategy. I didn't even know what it was about LMFAO. basically planning to open offices in China.
Anyway, that job changed the trajectory of my life. I have only been in executive positions since.
I have no college degree btw. didn't even finish community college.
