Why are there so many shyt script writers out there working for big companies?

I refer to series related to movies and games.

First movie or game ususally has a good foundation regarding story and somehow they manage to phuck up the charachters and insert absolutely retarded ideas into the story.

Are script writers retarded? Most important thing when it comes to storytelling is consistency and avoiding campy and cringe shyt. Just keep things grounded, do a build-up and then insert an interesting resolution.

Indie writers absolutely stomp AAA titles teams

Kinda job you get through networking rather than talent. That’s my guess anyway.
