Why is the average person so delusional about how fat they are? Srs

You hear 5'3 180lb women swear up and down that they're not fat and just curvy and that they'd look like a stick at 150 (lmao) which for it to be be true would mean they're carrying more lean mass than female ifbb pro bbers.

Then you've got the bloatlords who claim that they're only 15-20%bf despite weighing 260+lbs and have somehow convinced themselves they're only 30lbs away from having a six-pack.

When did obesity become so accepted and normalised that overweight is now considered normal and normal is considered unhealthily lean?

I honestly envy them. I have a cheat day and I literally don't want to be seen for the next 3 days and wear baggy clothes when not at work. Meanwhile, these 300 lb female whales still wear revealing clothing with their stomach flab and guts hanging over their size 48 waist. I suppose getting constant validation by simps online makes you see your body differently.

I drank beer for about 3 solid years multiple time a week at least 15 cans per time.

Obviously I got a big fat belly because of it. I know perfectly well how I got it. Not the end of the world as I know how to lose weight too.

Maybe these people dont drink enough so they are delusional with food or something. At least I maintained a good diet during all that time because its the most important thing to me so I technically should have been way fatter.

Never once cried of it or blamed genetics or whatever stupid stuff. i knew damn good and well I drank all that beer.
