If I don't do it before work, I'm not going at all.
I always go on weekends to make up for lazy work days. Sometimes in the afternoon/evening.
My schedule is afternoon-evening hours, I get 3 days weekends. Gym is closed on a work day when I'm off shift, but I do have a treadmill and weights - can't use treadmill after work (midnight) due to apartment neighbors below me.
I used to go 5.5 days a week, now it's more like 3.5. Gotta fix this ASAP srs.

Weights/cardio (with exception) in the morning before work.

It's easier to go on the weekends as I'm exhausted on the work days where I have to commute. I'm so stressed that I want to take a nap when I get home to escape, and then I wake up too groggy to go to the gym, although I'm working on changing that at least one of the 3 days we have to go in the office.
It's hard for women to go before work because then you have to get ready twice and it's too much work. Plus I'm not a morning person. Hence why I'm on here and not doing chit.

I don't lift on the weekends. Work is for weekday. Weekends are my free time.

I hate going after work. Just don’t have the energy for it anymore. I work swings so it’s easy enough to go right before. I plan it to do some on my weekend too although I miss some workouts when traveling.

I work afternoons, so I always workout in the morning. Can't imagine trying to do it after working 9-5.

For us weekday folks they have this thing called ***pre-workout which gives you energy when you are dog tired**, it works for 1-3 hours depending on what you do and how much you take.
Weekends are great, the gym is empty so no waiting; in and out in about an hour.

i tend to skip the weekends but a lot of the time i'll end up doing something active, like going for a long bike ride, kayaking, or a hike.
weekends are for relaxation. I prefer to get my workouts out of the way during the week.
