Is the Supreme Court acting Politically?

Is the Supreme Court making rulings based on precedent or are they acting politically?

Has the Court always been politically motivated or do you even care if they are?

They always act on precedent.

Until they don't.

You should ask Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson who always vote for whatever Democrats tell them to vote. Might as well put Schumer or Pelosi in the robes and you'll get the same voting pattern as from these 3.

Fuk no, breh. At least not with their recent decision.

The major questions doctrine is the most BS Supreme Court doctrine that exists. It's an ideological weapon. And there's a reason it came into existence recently.

And it's not because the court as it exists has some sort of brilliant insight into legal analysis their predecessors lacked. It's partisan politics.

Congress forgave PPP loans without a second thought and these were balances sometimes into the millions! That's hypocritical AF, and it shows they want to stay rich and they want this generation to stay poorer. Way to mogg their own country.
Back off, Warchild.

Seriously.

Yet again showing your stupidity. PPP loans were forgiven because state Governments took away a citizens ability to work & provide. Not comparable to Student loans. When you take away one’s ability/right to work, they have to be compensated. There is a reason those that took PPP had to show proof of business expenses dum dum.
