Is it ok to mate with 2nd cousins?

I know that 1st cousins are bad but can you mate with second cousins and the offspring will be relatively normal? Srs

For heathy baby make sure your woman is as far separated from you as possible. Not only absolutely no relation to you at all, but also preferably from a different nationality. Not necessarily different race. But that is even better for the baby if you happened to fall in love with a different race woman. Mixed babies are incredible.
