Was out on the lake all day yesterday at 36 still feel real young, especially compared to the average mid 20s male who is a complete bloatlord. Basically, all you need to do is not get fat (even better if you're trimmed up), and you don't feel old...

Spoiler alert, not getting fat is also the key to aesthetics as you age. So don't get fat.

Older brah thought I was 31 but I just turned 35 hehetymen. You tend to look younger when you don't dress like your parents and you actually stay in good shape SRS

Iโ€™m 26 and started feeling old last year. Feels a little odd when I hang with the true zoomers and my white gf seemed to age quite a bit in such a short time.

About 24. Hurt my back pretty bad.

Took about 5 years to heal up where I wasn't in constant pain. By the time I was in my early 30s I was feeling a bit better again, but definitely don't have the athleticism I did at 22.

30. Was first year I noticed being really sore and tired after morning pt/rucking/patrolling in the army. Could do that all day in my 20s and be at it the next day. Felt like a light switch went off post 30 where suddenly I needed to be careful and consider rest/recovery. Also couldn't pr in running/lifts. (Had to train harder to keep current fitness level).

I don't "feel" old. Not sure what that even means, lol. Just because your body grows older doesn't mean your spirit and desires don't remain youthful.

I'm 36 but in my mind I am 26. "Really" being something you're definitely not is a hot ticket now so I should be able to get away with it.

by the way no ****ing way Cliff Clavin was 34 on that show. Maybe on the pilot episode where he could have looked younger. Then again Shelley Long is in that pic so it was early in the series. I don't know. wtf.

33 or so. When I was 30 I destroyed my sciatica. At 32 I broke both of my wrists and had surgery.

Nome of these injuries will ever be 100 percent fixed again, esp my sciatica which is a nightmare to live with and forced me to a career change (which was a good thing, but still...)

My wrists and hands will never be totally good again either.

I started to realize that injuries I get now can stay with me forever and I'm not the indestructable dummy I was in my early 20s

Also now when I eat and drink ****ty I feel it like instantly. I got mcdonalds breakfast a few weeks ago and pigged out and legit felt terrible all day lol

Probably when I started having kids. I aged very fast within a year.
No regrets though, kids are the best.

29. Itโ€™s when I first started noticing the lifestyle/perspective gap between myself and people in their early twenties. Youโ€™re just in a completely different place in life by 29-30. Had spent a decade working a career, gotten married etc

Pretty much as soon as I graduated HS. Sounds hilarious, but I thought I was an old phuck at 20 years old because I was comparing myself to teenagers at the time.

Around the same age early to mid 30s, when you're expected to be parents and be married seems old to me. Young is 20's where you can still live care free and not be expected of anything but education.

This year chit is starting to catch up with me but I still don't feel old. 49

I think my issue is that I have lost athleticism and flexibility. All I do is lift and sit around. When it comes to dynamic movements and stretching, I just can't.

Iโ€™m 40 and the only thing that makes me feel old is the responsibilities that come with kids and how life revolves around running them everywhere at this age. Still mog 99% of parents at this age, including those a decade or more younger than me. Feels good mane

Around 30 I noticed I couldn't exercise, party, or eat like I had used to without noticeable consequences.

Hangovers are way worse.

When I go out, probably half the people are younger than me. That means I am old.

35 (almost 36) and I only started to feel old when I let myself get a little out of shape last year. Now I'm back in shape and feel 100% fine, lots of energy

If you're feeling old in your 30s, from my experience that's more lifestyle than age itself

You just can't get away with drinking as much, sleeping as little, and eating as bad as you could in your 20s without consequences
