Back in the days all veggies ect bs were 1/100th the size w the same fiber content.
Every carb fool is eating a banana thinking they healthy, wrong.
Youre eating starch, sugar, empty bs calories.

Your body doesnt need anything besides vegs, eggs & meat. I believe thats the optimal route. Just meat & vegs. Free range/wildcsught preferably so they aint all roided up.
People cheat w eggs these days msking the yolk more yellod, freersnge, freebird eggs what you want to go for
