Many things to do in Seattle. I'd recommend doing hard drugs in the open and stealing designers clothing from those boutique stores in downtown. Or you can stab randos.
Either way, cops won't give you any problems.

take the ferry to one of the islands (whidbey or bainbridge)

drive highway 20 (north cascades highway), most scenic route in america in my opinion

drive to leavenworth (only 2.5 hours from seattle), and try and day hike an enchantments hike up aasgard pass (its a LONG AF day)

trail takes you up this extremely steep pass

then hang out here and skinny dip (srs)

go to mt rainier paradise lodge parking area and mire

really just head towards the mountains and hike somewhere

Not a lot to do in Tacoma even the Hooters closed down.

For Seattle depends how long you plan to spend there. I have gone there a lot over the years.

https://www.mopop.org/

Pike Place and the Aquarium

Space Needle

Definitely ride the ferry system

See a Mariners game (there is a hotel literally right across from the ball field with a pool on the roof and you can see partially into the ball field.

what time of year? Seahawks games are fun, but Seattle has lost its glow. Tacoma has nothing besides the mall, no reason to visit. Also you realize that park and Seattle aren't near eachother right? I'd say drive from Seatac to the ferry, maybe to Bremerton, that way you can see most of Seattle without experiencing the homeless near the ferries.

the only decent thing there was the aquarium which i give a 5.5/10.

Lighting trashcans and police cars seems a popular thing to do. Also if you can find a conveniently stacks pallet of bricks then you can smash some store windows.

In your down time do some looting or shoplifting. Just wear a biden shirt and you wont get in to any trouble. Wont even get stopped or yelled at.
"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

You walk around the Pier or Space Needle or any street and there's always a homeless person laying on the ground. But this is almost any US city now. I saw the same thing in Chicago and San Fran/San Diego/Monterey Bay.

Minneapolis/St Paul was actually really clean. Not a homeless person in sight.
