they can't even report the incident because cops will just shrug their shoulders and be like : "chit happens bro"

no arrests will be made, just let the city turn into Gotham

I'm in El Paso right now, and it's funny in that it's across from one of the most dangerous cities on earth, yet El Paso itself is one of the safest cities of its size in the country.

I've been wanting to drive out to San Francisco again, but these sort of stories and videos have kept me from doing so. I wonder if they'll ever sort it out.
