Is ground beef cooked on avocado oil actually good for you?

120 cals per 1 tbl spoon of avocado oil. How much do you guys add?

I just cook that **** without oil and let the natural fat and **** come out , scoop it out and continue until it’s pretty dry


I like the texture and taste of dry ground beef (srs)

Maybe cuz I mix it with beans or rice with salsa and ****

I use avocado oil to cook. It has a high smoke point and is full of monounsaturated fats. You want to limit your saturated fat intake, don't listen to the majority of the misc when they dont even look like they lift. (Ded fkn Srs)

Yeah but I'm trying to lose weight and I add like 3-4 tbl spoons so thats like 400-500 calories right there, no?

I dont add oil to ground beef as it has enough fats in it already.

i cook it in its own grease, drain it, and add a table spoon of avocado oil per 8oz
