With wages well below multi year inflation, Shilling kinda sucks right now.

The only way you can win is running a bunch of multi accounts to get paid from both sides

I don't think they take breaks or sleep 12 hours. Accumilating 30k posts over the course of a year on any site, never mind just the Misc, is srs business and pretty much a 24/7 gig.
