virtually unknown Kpop group jumps to #1 on US Itunes sales

the amazing sub unit comes back after 5 years and drops another bomb on kpop industry, their first subunit debut album reached #2 only behind BTS at that time.

the album is solid, amazing synth production and huge creativity....the best kpop album of 2023 by a long shot.

not the overly commercial pop sound it has character and very cool transitions, the DJ that produced this one did amazing, if you know musical structure in synth work, these guys are killing it, these sounds are increadible,




Lucid is the best track IMO, a 90's style retro synth R&B number with lofi elements, the cassette tape loop walking the background beat sets the pace and unusual structure, the producers did amazing things here.

what a club banger, kind of reminds me of the diso pop style thats popular now with dua lipa and similar artists, a great dance club version, I like how the incorporated the popular tik tok sexy dance into the choreo, very smart and aware

As a fan of kpop dating back to H.O.T and S.E.S right up to now, I have never heard of these BUMS.

No I'm dead serous they are sort of an underground cult classic. you can look up their first album drop...they are very good and super popular in the USA.

they are part of the group Loona that recently kind of went under...but these girls slay.

the problem is this music is too advanced for most pop listeners, ded srsly. you have to be able to break it down and notice the little things,,,not just be a normie,,,you have to know music.

yes, I'm not one of them, I listen to all kinds of music, huge music junkie with 800 cd's and 200 LP's in my collection....I'm building a home dj setup currently also to start making my own music

I love their synths breakdowns in Odd eye circle albums old and new one,,,its synth tastic

its the only Kpop group I follow, I like a few others but onlyfollow the loona girls...I dove into their side shows and reality programming during covid , thats one thing about kpop is they do a lot of behind the scenes with the groups, these girls from loona are precious things. really very down to earth and funny.

the Loona fandom is probly the most loyal of all kpop fans....their north american tour sold out in 1 min. of being online...these girls will always have a fan base that will never leave.

The production quality is high level and it has a sense of purity that you dont see in degen western music
