when I say quit all porn it means anything containing a woman in a sexually explicit manner. so no instagram, no misc, no twitter no pole jumping girls on youtube, etc. (cause these days porn is everywhere not just porn sites.)
only way for you to see hot women is irl. no one can share pics of even a woman in a tight dress, or gym shorts to you cause that would be considered porn as well.
