Do you keep people on your social media's friends list if they are non-responsive

Any point of keeping a-holes and sloots who are non-responsive to your pm even if you know them?

I find it disrespectful if some retard or b1tch ignores me completely, especially if it some work related stuff.
I know it means these ph33ggets don't see the value in talking with me so is it petty to remove people who are there on your social media's friends list just for their own vanity.
