Go to bed earlier, and wake up without an alarm.

Slam a Monster and a lip of dip/chew, does it for me; I am pretty used to waking up and going though, usually wake up 20 minutes before I need to leave for work and just get dressed and drink an energy drink, dip as I am heading out the door.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

No snooze button, and don't lay in bed after your alarm goes off. Ever. As I'm reaching for my phone to turn off the alarm my feet are swinging off the bed at the same time. That's if I even sleep until my alarm, I usually wake up 5-15 minutes prior. It takes a while to get used to but once you do it becomes much easier to wake up. My alarm goes off at 5:15, by 5:25 I'm walking out the door with a weight vest on for a 15-30 minute walk before I come back and leave for work.

Get on nofap, run/exercise/walk daily, get at least 45 minutes of sunlight daily, eat a lot of fruit and vegetables daily, drink water daily, stay away from sweets and alcohol, go to bed at a reasonable time which would allow you to get 6-8 hours sleep.
