Thought you needed to download each app of the business that you were visiting

For instance, need Mcds app for Mcds QR codes

Every smartphone on the market has been able to read QR codes and barcodes since roughly 2015.

Lol I went to a restaurant last week and the waitress said "Welcome have you been here before?"

I replied "No I haven't" She replied "Oh ok so you can scan the QR code there on the table to see the menu"

I replied "Can I please have the physical menu?" Lol she seemed upset that she had to walk a whole 30 feet to retrieve my menu.
