Yea it seems I used to get so much more accomplished during the day, now I do one thing after work & by then it’s dinner & bed.

Use to get done with work, walk the dog, workout, clean up a bit, set up my work day for the following day, have dinner then read/play a video game, or watch some TV, then bed.

Now I just work & sleep if it’s not the weekend, & feels like I’m always drained.

i spent the day at the pool from 1-5...then went out to eat with family. i don't know how people that aren't retired do it...i'd feel like a chicken with its head cut off trying to squeeze life around a 40+ hour work week. 33 needs to be the new retirement age

Probably diets combined with a sedentary lifestyle. I recently bought a farm, spend all my free time basically doing manual labor and eating a diet that i grew or raised 95% of and have never felt better.

Porn consumption also it has spawned awkwardness from both sides.

You got Soy boys now actually going to porn conventions, and paying $100 for a pic with a pornstar to post on social media.

I wish one day social media will be shut down for a month. Internet is there, but emails that is it...T.V. is okay...too.
