It's £2,700/month. It seems high, but it's not really that high. I dont know what the area is like though.

Something like that overlooking the thames (Which has poverty weather) in london would probably be around £5-10K/month rent.

To be honest, only a complete privileged rich kid tosser would be living in any of those properties you've listed.

Although I'm sure older properties are over-priced as well.

Knowing a lot of young people (Gen Z's), I dont feel sorry for them.
