If Roe v. Wade was about the right to privacy, won’t a CBDC fail that test?
Srs. Obviously nothing is guaranteed, especially with Justices experiencing Clintonside, but I can’t imagine this not getting struck down. Maybe the fed isn’t considered part of the government, so it can do it?
