82 trillion, or bummed to death by ProudManlet on 75th birthday

Random hypothetical.


You are paid $82 trillion dollars. Straight into your account with only one catch: On your 75th birthday, without fail, you are brutally bummed without lubricant by Proudmanlet . Slowly and painfully bummed and you have to helplessly watch him bum you in the mirror until you lose consciousness.


But you can't take an anaesthetic, can't escape or try to run, can't suicide before, or on that date (imagine your money is taken away and your in debt for what you've spent if you even think about necking). It must happen as a condition of taking the money.
