Homemade Deep Dish Pizza

Small 8" Personal Deep Dish Pizza
Pepperoni & Spinach
Topped with parmesan cheese.

I forgot to add olive oil to the dough mix. I find it usually adds a little more volume.

Toasty crusty crust. Tasted delish.
