Current real estate market doesnt make sense (srs)

I was out in desert area driving around to see what deals they got. I walked into an open house. The carpets were stained horribly by the dogs and entire cabinet doors ripped off. The gargage smelled like someone died in it. Backyard full garbage. Asking price was half mill. You would need to spend atleast $50K plus replacing the flooring, fresh coat of paint, adding blinders/shutters, cleaning the place out, replacing the cabinet doors. Not only that, all the neighbhorhoods had a ton of cars parked in them (ie multiple families living in one small house). Just not sustainable mane. Somethings got to give sooner or later.

Just wait 3 more years. The bubble will surely burst.
I'm not blessed with riches, but I am rich with blessings.
Thank you, LORD, my God.
