Criminals pretend to be rich people to bring OUT the real rich

It appears to be a new technique for some criminal groups.

They pretend an unsuspecting target is rich, thereby bringing out the actual real rich and then...the criminals pounce.

Trust me, there are less real rich folks on our planet lol
