I get a bad cold once every 5+ years. I think I went almost 10 years once without getting sick, but when it finally hits me....I feel like I'm dying lmao.

Workout when sick crew


Not gonna lie I've had some of the best workouts while sick. I'm half delirious and running on pure adrenaline lol
