haven’t boozed in 3 weeks

-sleeping like a baby
-diet has been mediocre but I’ve been leaning out despite eating more cookies & bs
-general mood is like a 7/10 vs a typical 5/10
-concentration & energy is like 8/10
-**** that usually would set me off or annoy me rolls off my back

Based. I’m currently halfway thru week 4. Anxiety was super bad most of week 3, but got better at the end.

Also been healthyfoodmaxxing. Super boring food but super healthy. Was eating takeout and dessert previously like every day lmao
