Hey guy what is the best underwear or working out? I've been doing boxer briefs, but wondering if I should change it to something else

Usually free ball in basketball shorts. Bought a pair of the Sheath underwear to try at work since sweating and sticking is an issue and I just could not get used to them, gave it a week. Pretty much felt like I had a front wedgie all day, especially how it dug in at my thigh/hip. Can confirm no ball sticking though.

I tried a bunch of different brands that are a little more expensive (duluth etc) and they all would just keep riding up my thighs while moving around at work. I ended up just searching for long length briefs and ended up going with these. I'm sure there is something better out there but for the price they don't really ride up and are comfortable.

I like nike trunks since they don't have a fly but I also like the under armour trunks and if you don't mind longer boxer briefs American eagle has some breathable sport ones that the waistband doesn't roll down on. I also have some Duluth isochillo ones that are nice but too long to work out in although they now sell 4" and bullpen trunks too.
