Yea used to have a huge neck from deadlifts, farmer carries, and I would use my hand as resistance and push against it in all four directions. So I'll put my hand on my forehead, tuck my chin a little, and push against my head as I use my neck to push forward against that pressure. Do that on both sides and the back of your head too.

So that's all I ever did and my neck was thick af.

Yup. Got it from Josh Bryant years ago. I would just do it like 25 reps each direction every day at the end of my workouts or before bed. I had maybe a slightly neck already, but that probably added close to an inch on my neck over a couple months. Crazy how well that worked.
