Mine is probably Indian or sushi buffet.

sushi sounds gross. buffet should be made and eaten immediately or very soon after.

indians OK I guess but the good shyt tends to be ordered by the plate.

good hq salad bar is pretty goat.

Indian for sure, but all of the Indian buffets disappeared in my city for Covid and never came back.

During the Summer, I used to bike like 30 miles and then stop at Indian buffet on the way back home and smash like $30 worth of food for $10.

For normal run of the mill buffets, Chinese are the GOAT.

But there are some really fancy buffets in Vegas that MOG all others. All you can eat crab legs, prime rib, lobster, sushi

Indian ones always seem to be so small though.

Have to go with Chinese, myself. Probably my favorite one I've ever been to though was a Korean BBQ one in San Diego.
