they find anything they cam do a pull up on next to you

come right next to you and start doing pull ups or jumping around from bar to bar like a monkey. then they stare at you for validation like Im impressed a 150lb skinny fat can.do 5 kipping pullups, when I can knock out a clean set 20 at 220

you wouldnt be a twink if you focused on the reps and workout instead of impressing a random gymcel at the gym

Everytime someone says they can do 20 pull ups it’s either half reps or kipping
