Hitting muscles once a week to maintain?
So I've come to the point where I've reached my ideal physique and just want to maintain let's say if I hit each muscle once a week and eat at maintainenence calories snd protein would this be enough to maintain?

Yes. 4-6 sets per muscle group, high intensity is more than enough to do so.

With enough intensity and protein you’ll probably maintain for a while but ultimately will slowly (over the course of 2+ years) begin to lose strength and mass.

Likely fine with full body 3x per week to just maintain, or upper/lower 4 days per week.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
