Did LeSperm fake his heart attack for publicity?

Bronny James was seen out for dinner with his family at a celebrity hotspot in Los Angeles. He was joined by his famous father LeBron, his mom Savannah, brother Bryce and younger sister Zuri.
Bronny was seen leaving the famous Italian restaurant - Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica.

This is 4 days after suffering on-court cardiac arrest that left him unconscious and in the ICU lol

AFAIK most people would be at home resting for weeks before resuming normal daily lives. Meanwhile he's out chilling with his fam looking absolutely normal.
