When do the first primary states begin voting, 8 months or so? It's amazing to what degree everyday people into politics are literally programmed to think about presidential elections for almost 2 years before election day. Sad, sad schit.

I think he might have been saying he wants more merit-based immigration as opposed to family-based immigration. That means less immigration based on "My second-cousin and my uncle live in America"; and more immigration based on education and job skills
