yea I got one of them combo cheese grater + pumus stone deals. Soak feet in some warm epson salt to loosen up the dead skin. Take the cheese grater and grate all your dead skin off. Then, take the stone and smooth out the texture

Soak them in water mixed with epsom salt and scrub with a pumice stone. Or just go to a salon and they’ll do it for you (I’m assuming you don’t have a GF/wife because they would not let your feet get to that point).

Do this then use African Shea butter. Put that on at night before bed and put socks on. Make sure you get the white and not the yellow kind. Yellow will stain everything.
