Why are Trump states leading the country in COVID-19 deaths? Are they dumber?

COVID is the sniffles so wondering why idiot Trumpers are dying from COVID at a greater rate than superior blue master race states.

Why are you posting another thread on this when you have been told the answer over and over? Red States and counties have had higher mortality from all causes for decades. So of course that would include covid. More obesity and smoking, and the good university hospitals are in the city.

Most of the states with the highest Covid death rates also have the highest black and brown populations. A notable exception is West Virginia, which is coal mining central, with lots more cancer from it, and of course most of that state is hillbillies, who are just as unhealthy as Shaquesha from the hood getting her fried chicken at the drive-in.
