Lexira's secret morning power combo to kick the day off

Most of you know that I am practically working from the second I wake up until I hit the bed, extremely demanding analytical work and need very little sleep while remaining at maximum cognitive and physical power throughout the day.

So I decided to share my morning powerhorse combo with my brosephs.

1- Lyophilized royal jelly 300mg x2 tablets AND Potent multivitamin of your choice x1 tablet every other day (the multi alone is enough if the budget is tight)

3- x1 Banana Or Apple
4- Double Nespresso's Paris Nespresso shots mixed with powder milk and no sugar. Consumed on the way to office while the first three consumed immediately after waking up.
(each one of these items serves a specific purpose and as a whole while taken together they will complete each other.)

There you have it. Maximum cognitive capacity and physical capability unlocked to thee.

It's the ultimate form of multivitamin and an incredible source of energy. It's quite expensive so if budget is tight a well rounded multivitamin can take its place. Same goes for the espresso shots.

You would only be getting a friction of the energy that would have been gained taking in all four items. Energy drinks, just like coffee, gives short bursts. Supplementation of Royal Jelly (or a potent multivitamin) with dates and apple/banana will give a proper start for all your functions that would last the whole day. If you throw in a GYM session every other day, even if merely doing some cardiovascular work for 1 hour, I guarantee you are not running out of energy.

They should, and if they did not, ask them where to go. The most important thing is to buy it from a trusted source locally.
I must say, that some say the Royal Jelly is a "snake oil" and that normal honey is as effective, I have personally found immense energy with Royal Jelly after consumption over a month. Snake oil or not it did great for me.

Is that royal jelly from queen bees? I use to work in research with bees and one of my professors swore by royal jelly. He fed it to his kids. His kids were 3-4 inches taller then him. I heard good things about it.

It is what get fed to the Queen, yes. It is actually pretty good if combined with a multi and dates with an apple or banana and espresso early morning. There is literally no stopping for the energy flow. But it would take a few weeks before the results kick in.

Also you would eat less, at leasts thats what noticed.
