I never understood how people could allow themselves to get fat. I may have a genetic advantage where I’ve always been on the smaller side without much effort, but there have been periods in my life where I’ve fallen off a diet/routine and gotten soft around the belly. I always stop that chit before it gets noticeable. It’s not difficult. However once you’re morbidly obese it probably is easier to just give up.
Still, 90% of fatties would lose a fuk ton of weight if they just substituted their sugary drinks for plain water.

On a side note during my conversation with one of my parents about this topic they mentioned it’s not pharma it’s doctors writing off label.
To which I responded well pharma cuts checks for those doctors as we can see from arrests and pharma settlements
To which the response was “yes big pharma is evil”
I just let it hang on that. Because this person hugely tried to pressure me and my family into getting the Covid jab.
I’ll just let them still say that out loud, and really hope they reflect on that statement.

I've been doing one meal a day for about four weeks and I've gotten used to it honestly. The first two weeks were hard and I was downing "snake juice" electrolyte drinks to deal with the moodiness and light-headedness, but now I'm not hungry until 5 without noticing and don't really need those drinks anymore.
Down from 190 to 179, going to keep going until 170.
Dang this "just eat less" diet is really working no cap.
I know it's different with ham planets, but I have been up to 230 before and lost it the same way, eating less and a lot of steps.

My only issue is that the study only is 1 year, so we do not know what happens after 1 year to the intestines.

I took this drug for one week bc there are studies showing it can help some GI issues and I’m not kidding when I say it was the most miserable, sickest I’ve been in 20 years of chronic illness. I can’t understand any healthy person taking it to get thin. It’s not worth it.

My mom who was on it was so incredibly miserable 2-3 days after each injection, said it was the worst nausea/vomiting she’s ever experienced.

I can see the appeal of the weight loss drug, even with the reported side effect warnings.
My thinking is to first try eating healthier/diet change and eating less though. Don't take unnecessary antibiotics also, which have been linked to weight gain.
