How many skinny tradies do you know? They consume like 6000 calories per day. Even if you're working all day, you don't burn that off.

I lost weight purely on diet and labor. Meal prepped instead of eating out, skipped breakfast, just lunch and dinner.

You will definitely lose weight doing Construction BUT your diet still has to be good. There's fat men doing Construction, though they probably got some muscle underneath

Guys that don't look strong at all are. It's a different strength too. It's not like muscles but feels like tendons/ joints or something... just SOLID. It makes sense.. imagine swinging a hammer, twisting **** with a screw driver , etc. All day as opposed to typing on your keyboard

There are fat ones though. They must feel like they can eat a lot and or don't watch what they eat because of the activeness of the job. Or a lot of calories from alcohol
