Got flipped off by a Mexican guy

I cutted someone off because I needed to make a lane change so this guy in front of me thought it was ok to get some street justice

He held the middle finger at me for a good minute so that tells you he’s not right in the head

Meh, a lot of such things are timing. Do that to him on a Sunday afternoon he'll give you the finger for 2 seconds. Do it to him after he's had a day of his wife nagging him, his boss stressing him out, bad traffic, an email about a bill being late and you're dealing with a different person. Usually.
