what are some quick fix lifestyle changes to improve your looks

for example the ones im aware of:

-taking a multi
-getting enough sunlight
-skincare routine (facewash, moisturiser etc)
-drink lots of water
-cold/contrast showers
-stretching

im not talking about anything gym related as thats obvious.
i mean lifestyle/self care stuff

anything else?
