People have a lot of money

It is the only explanation. I used to think people budgeted and tried to be "smart" with their money. But actually the only smart thing to do is to spend it because they have a lot of it and there really isn't that much that you can buy.

I still see others spending time thinking oh the federal reserve rate this and monthly mortgage payments that and how "energy" underpins the economy and it's so important. Then they go through thousands of logical leaps to make their point. But the easiest explanation is the one that is most likely to make sense.

Everyone is flush with cash. Think about it.
